Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you’re welcome to return it in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

Change of Mind (Consumer Contract Regulations)

If you change your mind about your order, you have 14 days from the day you receive your items to let us know you’d like to return them.
After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.

To qualify for a refund:
 • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
 • You’re responsible for the return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We’ll issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return postage.

 • The item(s) you’d like to return
 • The reason for the return

We’ll reply with instructions on how to send your item back.
